The Opportunity We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary Therapist to join the Resilience Behavioral Health team in Massachusetts. This is a full-time clinical role delivering individual and group therapy services within a structured outpatient setting. What You'll Do Provide individual and group therapy to clients in a Partial Hospitalization (PHP) and/or Intensive Outpatient (IOP) setting Develop and maintain individualized, client-centered treatment plans in accordance with clinical standards Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and ongoing clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically indicated Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and quality improvement initiatives Maintain compliance with all regulatory, licensure, and documentation requirements Requirements Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field required Massachusetts license or license-eligible status required (LMHC, LCSW, LICSW, or equivalent) 1-2 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health treatment setting preferred Knowledge of evidence-based practices and experience working with diverse populations Strong clinical documentation skills and familiarity with EMR systems Excellent communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Compensation and Schedule Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience Schedule: Days - Monday through Friday Work Setting: Onsite Health insurance subsidy PTO This opportunity is posted by Atlantic Health Strategies on behalf of Resilience Behavioral Health. #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlantic Health Strategies
