Maple Way Dental Care is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Dental Receptionist to join our high-performing team. As the face of our practice, you’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—ensuring a warm welcome, seamless scheduling, and efficient coordination of front desk operations. Requirements
What You Bring:
• Previous experience in a medical or dental reception role preferred
• Working knowledge of insurance verification and medical collections
• Familiarity with Athenahealth or similar scheduling systems a bonus
• Understanding of ADA coding (a plus, not required)
Job Description
What You’ll Do:
• Take charge of insurance claims, verifications, and billing, ensuring accuracy and transparency for our patients. Your expertise will help make dental care stress-free.
• Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records, ensuring every detail is accounted for. A well-organized practice means better patient care!
• Manage appointments with efficiency and professionalism, balancing patient needs while keeping the office running smoothly.
• Greet each patient with a warm, welcoming attitude, making them feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in.
• Experience with Dolphin Software is a plus, but if you're a quick learner, we’ll provide the training to get you up to speed!
