Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager — Grow and Support Our Driver Team

Join our Clearwater team as a Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager , where you’ll play an important role in attracting, onboarding, and supporting the professional drivers who keep our transportation network moving. This position is key to driver growth, engagement, and long-term success.

What You’ll Do as a Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager:
Driver Recruiting
- Develop and implement strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Meet hiring and onboarding goals through proactive recruiting efforts
- Build strong candidate pipelines through networking, outreach, referrals, and community involvement
- Promote driving opportunities through local events and recruiting initiatives
Candidate Support & Onboarding
- Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the hiring process
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation meetings for Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide new drivers from application through onboarding and vehicle placement
- Create a welcoming, professional, and positive onboarding experience
Driver Retention & Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with active drivers
- Provide ongoing support to improve driver satisfaction and long-term retention
- Address driver concerns and help connect them with operational resources
- Work closely with operations and leadership teams to strengthen driver engagement initiatives
Reporting & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate recruiting, onboarding, and retention records
- Track hiring activity, onboarding progress, and retention metrics
- Provide regular updates and insights to leadership teams
- Assist with additional workforce and operational projects as needed
What We’re Looking for as a Driver Recruiter & Retention Manager:
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, retention, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and team-focused attitude
- Passion for helping people succeed long-term
