What You'll Do

• Provide anesthetic services in a hospital setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort
• Assess patient health history and develop anesthesia care plans
• Monitor patients during procedures and adjust anesthetic as needed
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care and patient responses
• Comply with all relevant safety and regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment

What You Need

• Current CRNA certification and licensure in Ohio
• At least 1 year of anesthesia experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a fast-paced environment
