Clinical Sales Specialist- Phoenix- Monarch Urology Robotics

Johnson & Johnson MedTech seeks a Clinical Representative to support the Monarch Urology robotic platform across Arizona, New Mexico, and Las Vegas. The role combines procedural support, clinical training, and account development to drive adoption of minimally invasive urological technologies among surgeons and healthcare facilities.
Responsibilities
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical expertise to physicians and clinical staff
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent clinical support and training
- Support account development activities to increase user competence and system utilization
- Conduct product demonstrations, assist with training events, and support launch initiatives
- Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams for technical concerns and escalations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years relevant experience, or Associate degree/medical certification plus 5+ years
- Clinical, medical device technical, sales, procedural support, or operating room experience
- Demonstrated ability to learn and communicate technical and clinical concepts to physicians
- Experience in urology, endourology, surgical robotics, or comparable technical specialty preferred
- Strong customer service, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in hospital and ambulatory surgery center environments with protective equipment
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 90% within territory
