The Role Case Management & Pre-Litigation Resolution: Manage a high-volume caseload from intake through resolution, handling client communications, evaluating claims, and negotiating settlements with insurance carriers to achieve favorable outcomes. Pre-Suit Investigation & Claim Development: Conduct thorough case investigations, gather medical records and evidence, assess liability and damages, and prepare demand packages for personal injury matters, including auto accidents and premises liability claims.
