Civil Litigation Attorney - Associate

Compensation: 150,000.-180,000. / Annually Our client, a leading litigation law firm with offices throughout the Northeast, has an immediate need for a Mid-Level Civil Litigation Attorney , to join our winning team in New York City. Our candidate of choice must bring 5+ years of civil litigation experience handling the defense of Automobile and Premises Liability matters. This is a hybrid role! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS: A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar. At least 5 years of experience handling the defense of Automobile and Premises Liability cases in the State of New York. Ability to draft and argue dispositive motions, perform legal research and respond to discovery requests. Previous experience taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions independently. Prior ADR experience handling arbitrations and mediations.
