Duties Draft pleadings, briefs, and motions. Perform and attend depositions. Prepare, produce, and review discovery demands. Prepare and deliver oral arguments. Develop case strategy. Attend trials, hearings, arbitration, and mediation. Communicate with clients. Requirements JD Degree and admission in NJ. Civil Clerkship. 4+ years of litigation experience. Ability to independently manage a civil litigation matter from consultation to resolution. Excellent client communication skills with empathy for client situations. Ability to manage client expectations. A positive attitude and independence to manage their own day. Education Juris Doctor (JD) Degree. Certifications Admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
