Litigation Associate Attorney

Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, commensurate with experience Our client is a forward-thinking real estate law firm with decades of experience representing clients in New York City residential and commercial real estate transactions. Position Overview The ideal candidate will possess exceptional writing and analytical skills and be capable of independently managing all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate and commercial litigation. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, conducting legal research, drafting motions, appearing at court conferences and motion hearings, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trial preparation. Required Candidates must have 1-3 years of experience handling litigation matters from pleadings through trial in New York State Supreme Court and/or Federal Court. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology and software systems. Ability to commute to our NYC office five days per week.
