Monitor residents’ conditions, document assessments, and report changes to the charge nurse. Provide direct patient care including basic nursing tasks, assistance with activities of daily living, and wound care as needed. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in charting and electronic medical records. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate resident care plans and ensure safety. Uphold infection control practices, resident rights, and confidentiality in all care activities. Requirements Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Ability to work the stated shift: nights (19:00–07:30). Experience in or knowledge of long-term care settings preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced, resident-centered environment with strong communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to commit to the 6-week assignment and adhere to travel policies.
