We have educational opportunities and areas that you can grow in as you deepen your experience in our industry.Qualifications4+ years of experience in the Electrical Trade.2-year degree in an electrically related curriculum preferred.Working knowledge of national electrical codes, arc flash, and other safety requirements.Must have strong communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to professionally interact with customers, vendors and sub-contractors.Physical capability to conduct electrical work (e.g., climbing, prolonged standing, kneeling, etc.).Hands-on computer skills are a plus.Must have an eye for detail and accuracy as it relates to the field.Troubleshooting experience in commercial and residential fields.Be able to work an occasional flexible schedule.Experience in low voltage (voice, data, fire alarm, etc.) is a plus.You must be the type that takes the initiative to help get things done even when it's not technically in your job description.You won't fit our team if you're "too good" to do something.Have a clean driving record.Display a high level of personal moral integrity, both in the workplace and at home when it may impact work-related functions.Be willing to submit to pre-employment and periodic drug/alcohol screening and / or testing.Excellent RewardsTerrific Package – Upon approval, we provide very good pay with potential bonus opportunities, health insurance premiums 100% paid by employer, paid vacation/holidays, 3% matching IRA and advancement opportunities.Resources – You'll get the resources you need to do your job as effectively as possiblePositive Environment/Culture – You won't feel micro-managed or experience company politics or drama with us.
