As one of the primary contact people with our customers, you are responsible for:Making sure every customer is informed, happy and receiving the services requestedMaintaining your daily duties and in a timely mannerCommunicating clearly with our leadership teamThe learning and using our software systemLearn the phone system and how to field callsCheck email for customers trying to schedule appointmentsPerform outbound calls when the phone is quietCheck voicemails and return calls as necessaryScheduling projectsOrdering materials and coordinating subcontractors and equipmentEntering and reviewing Accounts Payable and Accounts ReceivableRespond to problems or concerns with services to the customers’ satisfactionMaintain communication with clients, providing prompt answers to requestsConvey clear, and timely information to sustaining the relationshipMaintain accurate records of all communication with customersAccurately convey information between customers and the teamOrganize projects, processes, files and systems to drive efficiency, alleviate conflict and implementOrganizing, categorizing, cataloguing with efficiency and effectivenessRecommend best practices and processesHigh school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in customer service a plusExcellent work history and referencesPay depends on experience.
