Job Overview MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for an assignment in Evergreen, Colorado. Key Details Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours/Week: 40 Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services and provide direct patient care. Determine and document patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions. Develop and administer individualized treatment programs with specific goals under physician direction. Set realistic and achievable goals and document patients' progress. Educate patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods. Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with a passed NPTE. Graduated from an accredited school. Minimum one year of clinical experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or actively pursuing licensure. Current CPR certification.
