Estamos buscando personal de limpieza responsable y profesional para trabajar en un edificio de condominios. La persona seleccionada será responsable de mantener en óptimas condiciones las áreas públicas y comunes del edificio. Responsabilidades:
- Limpiar y desinfectar las áreas comunes del condominio.
- Mantener el edificio limpio y ordenado.
- Realizar tareas como aspirado, pulido, limpieza de ventanas, entre otras.
- Mantener profesionalismo al trabajar con supervisores y residentes.
Requisitos:
- Disponibilidad inmediata o casi inmediata.
- Hablar, leer y escribir en español.
- Contar con permisos/documentos de trabajo en regla en EE.UU.

We are seeking reliable and professional housekeeping staff to join our team at a condominium building. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of all public and common areas. Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect common areas of the condominium building.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment.
- Perform housekeeping duties, including vacuuming, polishing, and window washing.
- Maintain professionalism when working with supervisors and residents.
Requirements:
- Immediate or near-immediate availability.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in Spanish.
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization and documents in order.
