Supervisor de Limpieza - Edificio de Condominio - Áreas Públicas.
Ubicación : Zip Code - 33130.
Horario: 40 horas semanales, 6 días a la semana.
Pago: Semanal.
Responsabilidades:
- Trabajar áreas asignadas del edificio.
- Supervisar al personal de acuerdo con las obligaciones contractuales.
- Trabajar con el Gerente de Operaciones de C&E, también el Gerente de Edificios y el Jefe de Mantenimiento.
- Mantener el edificio en condiciones limpias, seguras y ordenadas.
- Mantener la profesionalidad en un entorno residencial.
Requerimientos:
- Experiencia en el cuidado de mármol, alfombras y vinilo.
- Servicios de limpieza expertos.
- Experiencia en operación de construcción de condominios, servicio al cliente.
- Habilidades de comunicación.
- Autorización de trabajo de EE. UU.
- Experiencia en la supervisión y gestión de varios empleados bajo su supervisión directa.

- Work with the C&E Operations Manager, the Building Manager & Chief of Maintenance.
- Maintain a building in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
- Maintain professionalism in a residential environment.
Requirements:
- Marble, carpet, and vinyl care experience.
- Expert janitorial services.
- Condominium building operation experience, customer service.
- Communication skills.
- U.S. Work authorization.
- Experience in supervising and managing multiple employees under your direct supervision.
