Position OverviewCompany: Established Regional CPA FirmLocation: Dallas Metroplex (Hybrid)Salary: $75,000 - $95,000Experience: Senior LevelAbout the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Senior Client Accounting Services (CAS) Associate to join our established regional CPA firm in the Dallas Metroplex. This hybrid position offers the flexibility of working from home alongside collaborative in-office days. You will manage full-cycle accounting processes for a diverse portfolio of clients spanning multiple industries, serving as a trusted advisor to help them achieve their financial goals.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounting, including financial statement preparation, month-end closing, and general ledger maintenance.Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights, variance explanations, and strategic recommendations to clients.Oversee payroll processing, sales tax filings, and accounts payable/receivable functions for multiple entities.Collaborate with client leadership to develop budgets, cash flow forecasts, and KPIs customized to their industry.Implement and optimize cloud-accounting technology stacks (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Bill.com) to improve client workflows.Review the work of junior staff members and provide constructive feedback and mentorship.QualificationsEducation: Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably within a public accounting or CAS environment.Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and modern cloud-accounting applications.Skills: Strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to manage multiple client deadlines simultaneously.Credentials: CPA license or progress toward a CPA exam is a plus but not required.What We OfferCompetitive salary between $75,000 and $95,000 based on experience.Hybrid work schedule balancing remote flexibility with team collaboration.Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans.401k match and generous paid time off (PTO) policy.Clear pathways for professional development and career advancement.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
