Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid / On-site)Firm Size: Mid-Sized CPA Firm (100-250 employees)Department: Client Accounting Advisory Services (CAAS / CAS)Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced CAS Senior Associate to manage financial accounting and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of mid-market corporate clients. This role bridges the gap between transactional accounting and strategic financial consulting.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Client Advisory: Analyze financial data to deliver actionable insights on cash flow and profitability.Technology Management: Implement and optimize cloud accounting ecosystems like QuickBooks Online and Xero.Full-Cycle Accounting: Oversee complex bank reconciliations, payroll processing, and sales tax filings.Team Supervision: Guide, train, and review the work of junior CAS staff accountants.Onboarding: Lead the transition of new clients into the firm's accounting platform infrastructure.Candidate QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.Experience: 3+ years of public accounting or multi-entity corporate accounting experience.Tech Stack: Advanced proficiency in QBO, Xero, Bill.com, and Excel is mandatory.Credentials: CPA license or progress toward a CPA/EA certification is highly preferred.Communication: Strong verbal and written skills to explain financial data to non-financial clients.Target Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $85,000 - $105,000 (Commensurate with experience)Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus and CPA exam reimbursement.Benefits: 401(k) matching, comprehensive health insurance, and generous PTO.Perks: Hybrid work flexibility, defined paths to manager roles, and local Dallas networking events.BenefitsVacation/PTOMedicalDentalVision401kBonusRelocationTelecommute
