PreK Lead Teacher

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and nurturing Pre‑Kindergarten Teacher to support the growth and development of young learners. The ideal candidate will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children ages 3–5. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement age‑appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards and our curriculum Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment Encourage curiosity, creativity, and independence through play‑based and structured learning activities Monitor and assess student progress Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and effective conscious discipline strategies Ensure the safety and well‑being of all students at all times Collaborate with colleagues and participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school events Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment Classroom‑based setting with active, hands‑on engagement May require lifting, bending, and extended periods of standing Collaborative and team‑oriented atmosphere Benefits PTO 401K Matching Program after one year (optional) Holiday Pay Child Care Discount Equal Opportunity Employer Statement: We are committed to creating an inclusive environment and are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
