Finance Associate

About the Role As a Finance Associate on the Revenue team, you will work closely with Billing Support, Renewals, Sales, and other Bullhorn teams to maintain the order-to-cash process and revenue close procedures. Your responsibilities include: Assisting with all financial aspects of the quote-to-cash process for a global sales force, including reviewing contracts and sales quotes for accuracy and ensuring proper setup for billing. Managing internal escalations to identify and resolve process and billing inquiries. Maintaining data integrity within the billing system and CRM. Investigating and explaining significant month-over-month account changes during close reviews. Performing ad-hoc reporting and tasks requiring data from multiple sources and Excel manipulation. Bonus Points A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or a related field. Zuora experience. PowerQuery and/or PowerBI experience. Salesforce and/or Salesforce CPQ experience. Compensation This role starts at $25.00/hour and is eligible for an annual target bonus and a comprehensive benefits package. The posted range represents the good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. Actual pay within the range will be based on factors such as, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business or organizational needs and affordability.
