Job Description

Position Summary:

Rangen, LLC has an immediate opening for a Facilities & Custodial Technician. The position plays a critical role in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized facility. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager and is responsible for routine cleaning of offices, restrooms, and common areas, as well as assisting with basic maintenance tasks such as light painting and grounds upkeep. The role requires a strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management ability. This position will work Monday through Friday 12pm-8:30pm.

A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role

  • Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and other common areas on a regular schedule
  • Perform routing cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Clean interior windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
  • Replenish and maintain inventory of paper goods and cleaning supplies
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of exterior grounds, including trash removal and general upkeep
  • Perform light maintenance tasks such as painting and touchups to keep the facility presentable
  • Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company procedures
  • Identify and report maintenance or safety issues to management
  • Other role responsibilities and projects as needed
Requirements:

What You Bring to the Role:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as repetitive lifting, bending, walking, and standing for extended periods
  • Ability to perform indoor and outdoor work as needed with varied weather conditions
  • Ability to work in an environment with varying temperatures, dust, and noise conditions
