Salary: $80,000 - $120,000
We're seeking all level automotive technicians with great problem solving skills! Our company is growing at a rapid rate, so we have a need for technicians at our Kia store.
The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and strong and possess a strong and honest work ethic with a continuous improvement mindset.
Flat rate available.
Job responsibilities:
- Communicates with customers to obtain descriptions of vehicle problems and to discuss present and/or future repair requirements.
- Test drives vehicles and tests components and systems utilizing equipment such as infrared engine analyzers, compression gauges and computerized diagnostic devices.
- Inspects vehicles for damage and records findings to ensure the necessary repairs can be made.
- Tests and adjusts repaired systems and equipment to meet manufacturer's performance specifications, ensuring proper and safe operation.
- Estimates the cost of service and repairs while reviewing work orders.
- Collaborates with other service team members and service manager to provide excellent service.
- Performs routine and scheduled maintenance services such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups while utilizing checklists to ensure all proper components are examined.
- Able to recognize and safeguard PI
- Prepare or perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
