What You Will Do
- Work with qualified lead s (no cold calling)
- Conduct client consultations to match families with the right life insurance solutions
- Build long-term relationships through service and follow-up
- Stay compliant with state regulations and company standards
- Manage your own time, set your own goals, and grow at your own pace
What We Are Looking For
- Driven, self-motivated individuals who want to be their own boss
- Sales experience is a plus but not required, full training provided
- Communication and people skills
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one, with our support
