We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Procurement / Buyer Specialist to support daily procurement operations at a busy food manufacturing facility in Fresno, CA.
This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who are eager to grow within a stable, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Process and manage purchase orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate procurement of raw materials, packaging, and supplies

Maintain and update purchasing records using ERP systems (MS Dynamics AX preferred)
Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules

Track orders and proactively resolve delays or discrepancies

Utilize advanced Excel skills to maintain templates and track purchasing data

Support inventory coordination and ensure proper supply levels

Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For

Experience with MS Dynamics AX (DAX) or similar ERP systems

Strong expertise of purchase order processes and procurement workflows

Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (data tracking, templates, reporting)

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

High attention to detail and accuracy
