Project Engineer

Job Title-Project Engineer
Location- Pineville, NC
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present and justify the project (i.e.: various modifications and installations of production equipment for plants, Distribution centers and warehouses).
- Coordinate the shipping and the choice of suppliers
- Provide technical and economic analysis concerning the purchase of plastic production equipment
- Analyze problems and Evaluate the solutions
- Search and define the best solutions to implement
- Liaise with the Plant, Production, Quality Control and Maintenance managers, and also work closely with the Health, Safety and Environment department, the Accounting and Forecast departments.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineer and PMP is an asset.
- 5 plus years of experience in a manufacturing environment and equipment installations.
- Knowledge of plastic extrusion and injection molding equipment would be an asset
- Ability to travel within North America frequently, depending on the projects.
