Woodside Credit is a Newport Beach based Auto Finance company seeking a detail oriented, customer friendly professional to process automobile lien perfections. Duties include title processing and contact with dealers and customers. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional professional skills through in-person and telephone interaction.

Responsibilities

· Process automobile title work.

· Advise customers of necessary steps to complete the registration process.

· Track outstanding and missing titles.

· Field inquiries from customers and dealers.

· Follow-up with customer and dealers on outstanding titles.

· Communicate registration steps with sales reps for successful loan transactions.

 

The following describes the ideal candidate

· 3-5 years experience in Auto Registration experience

· Confident interaction with clients over the telephone

· Pays attention to detail and is exceptionally organized

· Disciplined, self-motivated person who takes “ownership” of their responsibilities.

 

Skills

· High level proficiency in MS Excel, and MS SharePoint.

· Outstanding telephone skills.

· professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to type at a moderate speed level.

 

Education

· High School diploma required; College degree preferred.
