We are a team driven by purpose, quality, and a shared commitment to animal health.In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.The BasicsLocation: Swedesboro, NJ (Onsite) Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Compensation: $19.00/hour Benefits: EligibleHow You'll Make anAssist in analyzing and documenting inventory control systems for commercial and warehouse departments.Communicate with Ops Supervisors, Customer Care, and Pharmacist staff.Track and resolve commercial inventory and open orders to minimize future issues.Maintain production, quality control, and order documentation systems.Provide feedback to improve order processing, inventory control, quality, and safety.Train new staff in policies and procedures.Monitor and maintain inventory, reorder points, and stock supplies.Verify, track, and manage incoming inventory and reorder reports.Ensure FIFO stock rotation, manage expired items, and maintain inventory accuracy.Identify, document, and resolve inventory issues.Support order fulfillment, problem resolution, and workflow optimization.Assist in receiving and putting away stock while ensuring compliance with regulations.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Provide exceptional customer service and uphold company policies.What We're Looking ForHigh School Diploma or GED required.1-2 years of inventory control and receiving experience.Ability to work in a dynamic, high-volume setting.Must register as a pharmacy technician in New Jersey.Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable working with inventory management systems, spreadsheets, and databases.Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.Able to lift up to 50 lbs., operate a pallet jack, and work with various chemicals (PPE provided).What You'll Love About WedgewoodCompetitive compensation and benefitsOpportunities for growth and career developmentA supportive, team-first culture where your work mattersThe ability to make a real impact on animal health every dayMedical, dental, vision and voluntary benefit coveragesCompany Paid Life InsurancePTO that increases every year with tenurePay Range$19 - $19 USDWhy We Do What We DoAt Wedgewood Pharmacy, your work has purpose.
