Commercial HVAC TechnicianAraya HVAC Services is hiring a Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team across Massachusetts. Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with a required on-call rotation. Open communication, mutual respect, and a team that has your back.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesService, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems — RTUs, split systems, light refrigerationRun service calls, build quotes, and handle installs for your assigned accountsTake your turn in the on-call rotationKeep accurate service logs in our internal systemFollow safety protocols on every job, every timeWhat You BringHands-on mechanical skills and sharp problem-solving instinctsSolid working knowledge of HVAC systems and diagnostic toolsA customer-first mindset and a reliable track recordClean driving record and valid licenseAbility to pass a background check and drug screenOpenness to earning your EPA and OSHA-10 certs (we'll help cover it)The Physical Side This job has you on rooftops and outdoors in all kinds of weather.
