Your Unfolding Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT technology to procure top-tier diagnostic images for physician analysis
- Partner with radiologists and the healthcare team to ensure precise diagnosis and treatment
- Correctly position patients while adjusting equipment to maximize imaging quality
- Adhere strictly to protocols that protect patients and staff from radiation exposure
- Maintain comprehensive records, including imaging logs and routine equipment checks
- Deliver empathetic care to patients throughout their imaging journey
- Help cultivate a safe, orderly, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or ability to secure this within 90 days of employment
- Mastery of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety guidelines
- Strong communication skills with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced setting while adapting to dynamic needs
- A meticulous nature and deep sense of accountability
- Technological aptitude with PACS, RIS, and contemporary imaging systems
