Schedule & Shift Details

• Day Shift
• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• No weekends required
• No on-call requirement

 

Shift Differentials

• Weekday Evening: +15%
• Weekday Night: +20%
• Weekend Day: +10%
• Weekend Evening: +25%
• Weekend Night: +30%

 

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and patient-focused Radiologic Technologist to join the Radiology team in Hillsborough, NC.

This position is ideal for both experienced technologists and recent graduates who are passionate about providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a collaborative healthcare environment.

The Radiologic Technologist will perform diagnostic radiology procedures while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with departmental protocols.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiology exams according to physician orders
• Verify patient identity and obtain relevant patient history
• Produce high-quality radiographic images
• Ensure accurate documentation in RIS/PACS systems
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards
• Monitor image quality and troubleshoot imaging issues
• Assist patients throughout imaging procedures
• Maintain a clean and safe imaging environment

 

Qualifications

Required

• Associate’s Degree OR completion of an accredited Radiologic Sciences Program
• ARRT Certification in Radiography
• Current BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers
• Ability to maintain ARRT registry and continuing education requirements

Experience
