We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays positive under pressure, and takes pride in creating a great shopping experience.

What You'll Do
- Welcome every customer with a smile
- Process purchases quickly and accurately
- Answer customer questions in person and over the phone
- Help customers find products or connect them with the right team member
- Keep the checkout area clean and organized
- Support your teammates during busy times
- Represent Norfolk with professionalism and a positive attitude
What We're Looking For
- You might be a great fit if you:

- Are dependable and show up ready to work
- Pay attention to details
- Like working as part of a team
- Communicate well with customers and coworkers
- 1+ year of cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Basic computer and math skills
- Comfortable using a POS/register system
- Hardware or home improvement experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person with a great attitude.
- Stand and walk throughout your shift
- Occasionally lift up to 25 lbs.
- Use a computer and register throughout the day
