As AGM, you’re the right hand to the General Manager, leading daily operations, energizing the team, and driving sales while keeping the site running at its best. What You’ll Do Champion a high-energy sales culture and grow memberships Run day-to-day operations, including opening/closing and staffing Keep all areas (prep, lot, kiosk, tunnel) executing at a high standard Coach team members to connect with customers and close sales Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively Uphold company policies and performance expectations Spot and address basic mechanical or operational issues Maintain a safe, OSHA‑compliant environment What You Bring Strong leadership and communication skills Sales experience with a customer‑first mindset Confidence making decisions in a fast‑paced setting Ability to manage performance and hold teams accountable Mechanical aptitude is a plus Organized, adaptable, and detail‑oriented Able to lift 35+ lbs., stand for long periods, and work outdoors Work Environment Fast‑paced, hands‑on, and primarily outdoors.
