What You’ll Do

• Provide routine labor management, including vaginal deliveries and C-section procedures
• Manage postpartum rounding and emergency gynecologic consults
• Support the hospital’s OB/GYN department in a busy healthcare setting
• Cross-cover multiple locations in WI as needed, including Janesville, Monroe Clinic, Baraboo, and Madison
• Collaborate closely with support staff and healthcare teams using EPIC EMR system

What You Need

• MD or DO license; IMLC accepted
• Board certification in OB/GYN
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• 1-2+ years of OB/GYN experience preferred
• Willingness to float between multiple sites as needed

About the Assignment
This hospital-based OB/GYN role offers a dynamic work environment with a focus on routine labor and delivery care. The schedule is built around 24-hour shifts, providing a steady rhythm for work and time off. Ideal for providers looking to make a meaningful impact in a community setting, this assignment also offers flexible location coverage across Wisconsin. Credentialing is expected within 60 days. All travel expenses, including airfare, lodging (up to $250/night), and rental car or mileage, are billable when applicable.
