Case types include breast prostate CNS head and neck lung GI/GU skin palliative/emergent tumor bleed spinal cord compression brain metastases SVC syndrome GI/GU. Procedures include CT simulation 3D conformal planning IMRT VMAT IGRT Electron beam therapy SBR Special Equipment Used: Requirements: Provider type MD/DO or NP/PA: MD/DO Board Certifications Req’d: BC in rad onc required Fellowship Req’d: Not required State Licenses Req’d: No will consider IMLC Certifications Req’d? BLS / ACLS / etc: BLS Specific Skills Req’d: new patient consults follow ups OTV lab review toxicity assessment supportive care management imaging review. Case types include breast prostate CNS head and neck lung GI/GU skin palliative/emergent spinal cord compression brain metastases SVC syndrome.
