Preferred Qualifications Current Child Development Associate (CDA) credential in Infant/Toddler or AA/BA or equivalent credential AA/BA with infant toddler focusor equivalent coursework in early childhood development with a focus on infant and toddler development Don’t have your Infant/Toddler CDA yet? We welcome motivated candidates who are willing to complete their Infant/Toddler CDA within three months of hire. In most cases, we will pay for the costs of the Infant Toddler CDA or possibly an AA or BA. We value professionals who are eager to grow and develop in the field.
