What You’ll Work On

Scheduling, estimates, and customer service
Managing workflow for multiple service appointments daily
Coordinating with technicians and parts department
Improving customer experience and retention

What You Need

2–3 years minimum experience as a Service Advisor or similar role
Comfortable managing multiple service appointments daily
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Team-first mindset
