About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead and enhance the performance of its extensive network of outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key metrics such as patient experience, employee engagement, visit growth, and financial results. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations, particularly in a complex, highly regulated environment. The VP will be tasked with bringing greater consistency across the clinic network, evaluating and strengthening operational processes, and using data to identify and implement opportunities for improvement. A key focus will be on building a strong, engaged operations team and ensuring that the clinics have the necessary support to perform effectively. The ideal candidate for this role at the company will have a background in multi-site operations, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making and a disciplined approach to planning and execution. They should possess the communication skills and credibility to bridge corporate operations and the clinical frontline, and be comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy.
