About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinic Operations to lead and enhance the performance of its extensive network of outpatient clinics. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving key metrics such as patient experience, employee engagement, visit growth, and financial results. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations, particularly in a complex, highly regulated environment. The VP will be tasked with bringing greater consistency across the clinic network, evaluating and strengthening operational processes, and using data to identify and implement opportunities for improvement. A key focus will be on building a strong, engaged operations team and ensuring that the clinics have the necessary support to perform effectively.
