Sales Executive – Business Development

Location: Mansfield, MA
Pay: 50-75k + Uncapped Commission

($100,000-$200,000 OTE )

Core Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through dedicated prospecting, outreach, lead generation, and networking.
• Develop a strong base of recurring clients and nurture long-term business relationships.
• Schedule appointments, conduct discovery, present tailored solutions, and negotiate winning deals.
• Manage and maintain an organized CRM pipeline to maximize sales activity and follow-up.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions with honesty, empathy, and integrity.
• Contribute to a positive, results-driven environment that values teamwork and success.
• Perform additional responsibilities as needed to support company growth and sales results.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of successful B2B sales experience with a true hunter mentality.
• Demonstrated drive to prospect, develop new relationships, and close new business.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and passionate about exceeding goals.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, bend, walk, and work in the field as needed.

Additional Qualifications

• Sales training certification such as Sandler, Dale Carnegie, or similar is a plus.
