Comprehensive Health Coverage - Including Health, Dental, & Vision Guilt-Free Paid Time Off - Including PTO and Sick Time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Job Duties Facilitate personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy services for clients across diverse environments, utilizing individualized protocols developed by a BCBA. Collect data throughout the session and document all sessions with progress notes. Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and caregivers to foster a culture of learning. Create an engaging therapeutic environment to encourage growth and skill acquisition.
