Responsibilities:
- Data Democratization related activities to drive data drivel decision making culture at TMNA
- Develop and maintaining interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, and PowerApps
- Develop data workflows and automation using Alteryx, KNIME, or similar data analytics tools
- Analyze customer behavior, supply chain metrics, and manufacturing KPIs to support operational decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, sales, and digital product teams
- Prepare data for predictive and prescriptive modeling to support strategic initiatives
- Clean, validate, and transform raw data into analytics-ready formats
- Perform data profiling and recommend quality rules to enhance trust and usability
- Ensure consistency in data processes and champion best practices in data analytics
- Document processes and contribute to data stewardship and governance initiatives
Required:
- Looking for someone who has good understanding of data, how to handle data, work with stakeholders.
- Looking for someone who has good Data Democratization understanding.
- Looking for a senior person. - Supervisory level
- Created Dashboard, dealing with project Funds.
- 7-8 years of experience in data wrangling, profiling, testing tools.
- 7-8 years of experience in some of these technologies:
- Power BI and/or Tableau, PowerApps, Alteryx and/or KNIME
- 5-6 years of experience in Cloud platforms: AWS and/or Azure
- Proficient in complex SQL and Excel
- 7-8 years of experience in researching new data sources and build insightful dashboards.
