For 25 years, DASO has been a trusted provider in the Olympia community, delivering high-quality dermatology and allergy care as a locally operated private medical practice. As we continue to grow, we are looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent service, enjoys being part of a collaborative team, and can confidently thrive in a busy medical office. Our front desk team plays an essential role in both the patient experience and the day-to-day success of our practice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with medical office or strong customer service experience who is looking for a long-term position with an established practice. What You’ll Do Greeting and checking in patients in a friendly and professional manner Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Answering and managing a high volume of incoming phone calls Processing and working patient referrals Verifying insurance information Obtaining and processing medical records Scanning and accurately maintaining documents Completing data entry and other administrative duties Communicating effectively with patients, providers, clinical staff, and coworkers Supporting your front desk team and the practice wherever needed Our phone system is busy, so attention to detail, accuracy, organization, and strong communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities while remaining professional and welcoming to our patients.
