- Maintain raw material level on assigned machines
- Construct proper packaging (crates, cradles, boxes, etc.) for profile being produced.
- Verify length of produced profiles, package per crate book instructions.
- Ensure packing label is correct for piece count, color, length.
- Cut up scrap and place in gaylords.
- Perform all aspects of extruder teardown and set-up.
- Perform all aspects of quality functions in accordance with QA work instructions.
- Troubleshoot raw material, die, and mechanical problems.
- Hand and power tools
- QA inspections
- Standard measuring equipment
- High School Diploma
