What You'll Do

• Support Project Managers with day-to-day project execution
• Assist with RFIs, submittals, procurement, change management, cost tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, design partners, and project leadership
• Participate in project meetings and help maintain schedule and quality objectives
• Develop toward increased project ownership and future Project Manager responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree preferred, ideally in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Early-career construction experience preferred
• Experience with a general contractor or design-build environment is a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel or accept project assignments as needed

Experience in data centers is valuable but not required . Candidates coming from advanced manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial, aviation, healthcare, distribution, or other complex construction environments are encouraged to apply. xhyhwjd
