Associate Director of Nursing (Associate DON) – Travel Contract Opportunity
Pride Health is seeking a highly experienced Associate Director of Nursing (Associate DON) for a 12-week contract assignment with the potential for extension.
Position Details
• Start Date: July 1, 2026
• Contract Duration: 12 Weeks (Extension Possible)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Hours: 35 Hours per Week
• Weekend Requirement: One weekend shift per month
Compensation
• Local Rate: $90–$95 per hour
• Travel Rate: $3,678.32–$3,783.32 per week
Required Qualifications
• Active RN License
• Registration of Registered Professional Nurse through the New York State Department of
Education (NYSED)
• Current BLS Certification
• Minimum of seven (7) years of nursing experience
• Minimum of five (5) years of supervisory or leadership experience
• At least two (2) years of Emergency Department (ED) experience

The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical leadership skills, experience overseeing nursing operations, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care and staff development.
