Sr. Software Engineer - Fullstack .NET Developer
Location: Denver, CO (Remote flexibility) | Job Type: W2
Join a high-performing engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer, driving the development of scalable, cloud-based applications with modern .NET technologies. You will collaborate across teams to deliver robust solutions that power critical business initiatives, using your expertise in fullstack development and cutting-edge DevOps practices. Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications using .NET, C#, REST APIs, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Blazor, Angular, React)
- Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps/DevSecOps practices for seamless delivery
- Architect and deploy microservices in Azure and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor and influence peers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and agile best practices
- Ensure code quality through test automation, code reviews, and performance tuning
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to a transparent, feedback-driven team environment Required Skills and Experience - Advanced experience in C#, .NET, REST API development
- Proficiency with Blazor, Angular, or React (any modern JS front-end framework)
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with microservices and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills Preferred Skills - Test automation and QA/QE process experience
- Performance tuning and troubleshooting expertise
