VistIQ is the AI Operating System for Private Markets. We connect an investment firm's data, documents and systems into one secure intelligence layer and deploy AI agents that work alongside deal and portfolio teams, from sourcing to LP reporting. We serve Private Equity, Venture & Growth, Private Debt, Asset Managers and Family Offices.

We launched out of stealth in September 2026. Europe is live. North America is next, and we are hiring the person (in Miami or NYC) who will open it.

This is business development, first and last. You build VistIQ's pipeline and network across the US private markets ecosystem. You spend your time where decisions are made: with Managing Partners, CIOs and COOs, at SuperReturn, IPEM, ILPA and NVCA, in placement agent and LP network circles. You turn that presence into qualified conversations, design partners and signed customers.

You are one of the first hires in the US. No playbook, no SDR team, no inbound machine yet. You build the top of the funnel yourself.

• Own outbound business development across PE, VC, private debt, asset managers and family offices in the US
• Build VistIQ's presence in the investor networks that matter: associations, GP and LP communities, placement agents, fund-of-funds, conferences
• Originate opportunities with senior decision makers and run the first meetings yourself
• Structure partnerships that create distribution: co-hosted events, referral agreements, joint programs with advisors close to investment committees
• Recruit design partners and reference customers, and turn them into advocates
• Feed the field back to product: what firms ask for, what they object to, what they would pay for

• 7+ years in business development, sales, investor relations, placement or capital formation in private markets, or in enterprise software and data sold to investment firms
• A real, personal network across US GPs, LPs and family offices
• A track record of originating relationships from scratch and converting them into signed outcomes
• A working understanding of how investment firms operate
• Comfort on stage, on panels and in the room
• An AI-native way of working: you already use the latest models and agents every day and get more done than a team twice your size
• Early-stage experience, where nothing was handed to you
