Production Coordinator - 2nd Shift

Production CoordinatorThe Production Coordinator is responsible for compiling records and reports on various aspects of a plant's production activities.Principal Duties and Responsibilities:Prepares production reports on plant activityMaintains the inventory of production-related items and supplies as requiredPrepares reports regarding production downtime for payroll as requiredRequests new product codes as requiredVerifies that production sheets are properly numbered and loggedPrepares cycle count/inventory adjustments as requiredCreate Production / Shipping PacketsRevises product costing as requiredPrepares regular and special reports as requiredPerforms other duties as requiredQualifications:Minimum high school graduate with experience in business or office proceduresMinimum six months of experience in an office environmentWorking knowledge and proficiency in the use of computer and business-related software, including Microsoft applications Excel, Word, and OutlookCompensation & Benefit Information:Hourly/Salary Pay Range: $20.00 - $22.00 an hour dependent on experience**pay range may be adjusted depending on cost of livingBonus/Incentive Pay:Incentive pay may be available for certain job roles and may include piece rate incentives, weekly production bonuses, trip rates, and employee referral bonuses.
