Production Associate - Now Hiring

Excel on the production line and secure immediate contract income! We are hiring fast-paced production associates for short-term mandates that focus on high-volume assembly and efficiency. Your responsibilities:

- Perform repetitive, high-speed assembly, packaging, or sorting tasks on a continuous production line.
- Work quickly and accurately to meet demanding daily production quotas and line speed requirements.
- Safely and efficiently use basic hand tools, automated equipment, or specialized fixtures necessary for the line process.
- Quickly alert the supervisor or technician to any material jams, machine faults, or component shortages that threaten line continuity.
- Assist with the final packaging, labeling, and boxing of finished products at the end of the production line.

work hours: Variable

• up to 50 lbs. (heavy lifting)

• Basic math and counting
• Inspect quality and defects of products
• Assemble products according to specifications

dress code:
WHAT TO WEAR: Please wear a shirt with long or short sleeves (no hoodies or midriffs), jeans or canvas work-style pants such as Dickies or Carhartt (no leggings, gym pants, sweatpants, or shorts/capris), and steel-toed safety shoes or boots with socks. Safety footwear must meet the following minimum requirements: ASTM F2413-18 (18 is the year, so anything higher is also acceptable), and be puncture-resistant or have mid-sole protection. Hair longer than shoulder length should be tied back in a ponytail. Please avoid dangly or heavy jewelry. Clothing should be free of holes, tears, profanity, and offensive images/text.
