Digital Marketing Execution Business Analyst

Chase relies on digital marketing as a key strategic channel in driving acquisition, branding, and cross-sell opportunities to millions of customers across a suite of consumer banking products. As a Digital Marketing Execution Business Analyst on the Marketing Execution team, you’ll be the central point of contact between internal Marketing partners and the execution team—driving clarity, alignment, and momentum. You’ll intake campaign requests, validate they’re execution-ready, and proactively surface risks and dependencies to keep delivery on track. Working at the intersection of business and technology, you’ll partner with colleagues across lines of business to clarify needs, align on approach, and convert inputs into high-quality, channel-ready solutions. You’ll also champion approved AI and automation solutions to streamline readiness checks and standardize handoffs, reducing friction and improving consistency at scale.Job Responsibilities: Demonstrate deep experience in requirements analysis and in developing functional requirements and specifications.Manage the execution, monitoring, and control of projects/campaigns using Agile principles.Define and recommend solutions grounded in business needs, using approved AI/automation to improve efficiency and consistency, and delivering a high-touch internal partner experience.Manage planned and unplanned changes, risks, and issues to ensure rapid delivery and greater predictability.Manage internal and external stakeholder involvement to keep them apprised of progress and address their needs.Handle shifts in priorities from senior leadership by ensuring team members remain agile enough to absorb changes with minimal disruption to productivity.Apply in-depth knowledge of business needs to define and recommend solutions while establishing high levels of customer trust and confidence.Present recommendations and solutions clearly and concisely, focusing on key points to convey the intended message or purpose.Advocate for and drive adoption of best practices to standardize business architecture outputs across the enterprise.Embrace continuous learning in your own journey and instill the same in your teammates.Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:4 year college degree, in Information Systems, Business, Marketing or related-fieldStrong familiarity and adherence to core Agile values and principlesTrack record of delivery-focused collaborative working in fast paced complex environments A strong desire to learn and passion for digital marketing, research and analyticsExperience presenting to clients or other decision makers to present and sell ideas to various audiences (technical and non-technical)Ability to interact successfully with cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationshipsAble to capture and share meaningful metrics to keep team and stakeholders informed Strong aptitude to learn new toolsDetail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize based on changing requirements.Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate, self-motivated, energetic, "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving environment.Advance working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:Familiarity with Email and/or Ad Delivery and Campaign ManagementAbility to collaborate with and influence people at various levelChase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America’s households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
