The parts clerk ensures parts are ordered, stocked, organized, and accurately inventoried to support efficient operations and minimize downtime.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Ensuring parts are ordered in a timely manner.
• Ensuring all received parts are stocked in the appropriate locations.
• Inspecting parts room shelves to identify items requiring replenishment.
• Reviewing the down list and ensuring all required parts have been ordered.
• Conducting routine inventory audits by section to verify inventory accuracy.
• Ensuring all parts on shelves are properly labeled with part numbers.
• Maintaining clean, organized, and orderly parts rooms.

Qualifications

The successful candidate profile includes:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in parts, inventory, warehouse, or a related role preferred.
• Basic computer and inventory management skills.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and move parts and materials as required.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
