Healthcare Staffing Coordinator: Scheduling & Overtime

Recovery Centers of America at Westminster

Recovery Centers of America is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to ensure safe, efficient staffing and fiscal accountability. You’ll partner with nursing leadership, department managers, HR, and executives to develop schedules, monitor overtime, and adjust staffing to census and budget. You’ll create and maintain shift schedules in ShiftHound for all non-exempt staff, monitor PTO and call-offs, analyze daily reports, and present staffing insights to the CEO and senior leaders, while maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr Recovery Centers of America
